Buttermilk Coleslaw (serves 8 to 10)This tasty, easy-to-make coleslaw is a July 4th favorite and makes a great side dish to grilled burgers and hot dogs.
½ cup sugar
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup milk
¼ cup buttermilk
2½ tbsp. lemon juice
1½ tbsp. white vinegar
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2, 10 oz. packages of finely shredded cabbage
1 carrot shredded (use more or less, depending on your preference)
This recipe takes approximately 15 minutes to prepare.

3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
